Finca La Barca Smoked Olive Oil, 100% Arbequina, cold-pressed.Finca La Barca is a special smoked olive oil made from the Arbequina olive variety. It has been smoked using the traditional method with holm oak wood, in a process taking over 15 days.

The production of this oil is strictly limited to the capacity of a single olive farm, in Toledo, each bottle numbered and closed with sealing wax.

This olive oil is creamy and delicate, aromas of banana and grass with a creamy, ripe olive fruit flavour balanced by a subtle smokiness. On the palate, it presents a pleasant peppery finish and low bitterness.
