CARRIER SERVICE

We offer a Next Day Delivery Service on all our products for £6.(once ready) This is not guaranteed as we have no influence on couriers at this difficult time.

Due to the nature of our products, all our fresh items need time to prepare and will be despatch once ready. So please order allowing plenty of time to prepare.

Please note: we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Mondays. (Saturdays by special arrangement carries an extra cost).

DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS

All of our products are perishable and should be kept refrigerated once delivered. All products are delivered in secure, chilled, insulated boxes with ice packs and will keep the products at the correct temperature for consumption (below 8 Degrees Celsius) for 48 hours.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS 

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds on any of our Smoked produce. 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

All of our products MUST be kept refrigerated and eaten within the shelf life. Once opened, the product must be consumed within 3 days. All dates are provided on the packaging of the produce. 

SHELF LIFE

The shelf life of all of our products starts from the date we dispatch the product out to you. Please see the shelf life of all products below: 

• Oak Smoked Trout – 15 Days

• Oak Smoked Salmon – 15 Days

• Beetroot Gravadlax – 5 days

• Gin Gravadlax – 10 Days

• Pates – 7 Days

Most products can be frozen
